Mellon Poland, a key provider of outsourced services and payments solutions in Poland, announced today the launch of a new call center site in Lodz to address the growing demand for outsourced call center services.
The call center is located on Wydawnicza 1/3 street in Lodz, the third largest city in Poland, only 135 klm (84 mi) from Mellon Poland’s headquarters in Warsaw. The new site will complement the Warsaw-based call center team of Mellon Poland and will support the full range of the company’s call center services, including customer support, help desk, telemarketing, info-line, and financial products telephone sales and support.
Covering 870 sq. meters with a capacity of 150 seats, the new call center features the latest technological infrastructures and networks, including Altitude Software’s Unified Customer Interaction platform with vBox VOIP Switch, in order to ensure streamlined operations and security.

Hiring and training of local personnel is already underway and the new call center will be fully operational in a few weeks under the Mellon Poland brand.
