The level of customer support provided by Piraeus Bank in Ukraine through the contact centre of Mellon Ukraine, is ranked second among 20 Ukrainian banks
Mellon Ukraine, top provider of outsourced contact centre services in Ukraine, has been commented by Piraeus Bank in Ukraine for the high quality level of service of its contact centre that has placed the bank second amongst 20 Ukrainian banks in the survey conducted by the independent marketing research of Marketing Lab. Mellon Ukraine’s contact centre has been managing the Bank’s inbound telephone interactions for almost a year now, providing help desk and info line services.
The survey was realized in the 1st quarter of 2009 and assessed the service quality of the participating banks’ contact centres, measuring among other things, the quality and breadth of information provided to callers, the politeness and overall conduct of the agents, as well as their readiness in answering the calls in Ukrainian or Russian depending on the caller.
