Position Requirements:

•     High School Diploma (College or University degree will be considered an asset)
•     Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•     Customer orientation
•     Strong computer literacy
•     Working experience in similar position will be considered an asset

Position Description:

•    Contact through telephone a specific number of customers each day
•    Entry of results of the communication in the system
•    Manage the portfolio based on the objectives that have been set
•    Comply with the company’s procedures
